Fast track employment
After you have successfully completed a placement with us, it's time to decide if we both feel it was a right fit. If so, we can fast track your application through the recruitment process and get you started as a valued employee. This pathway to a career with us applies to all placements including Carers, Hospitality, Lifestyle & Nursing roles.
School Based Traineeships
Available to high school students in years 11 or 12 in NSW. Undertake 100 days of paid employment around your school hours and other commitments. Qualifications to consider as part of your HSC include:
- Receive a nationally recognised qualification and gain credit towards your HSC
- Earn as you learn
- Flexible shifts to suit your study arrangements

Provide holistic care to our residents so they live an active and meaningful life.
Personal Care Assistant
Provide personal care such as showering and dressing and support day-to-day social activities.
Work closely with our Chef to assist with the preparation and delivery of fresh meals to residents.
