What Matters to You, Matters to Us.
At Catholic Healthcare, we believe aged care starts with a simple but powerful question: What matters to you? This approach helps us build genuine relationships and tailor support that reflects the life you want to live — not just the care you need. Whether you're at home, in the community, or one of our living environments, we take the time to understand what matters to you so we can support your wellbeing, mind, body, and spirit.
With over 150 years of community care and 5,000 dedicated employees, our promise is simple: To walk alongside you with respect, dignity, and personalised support — at every stage of your journey.

What Our Customers Are Saying
Support at Home: We're Here to Help
On 4 June 2025, the Government delayed the launch of the Support at Home Program from 1 July to 1 November 2025. All current Home Care Package recipients will automatically transition on 1 November, with CHSP joining by 1 July 2027 under reforms guided by the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety. Catholic Healthcare is ready to support you through these changes.
