With Catholic Healthcare's Self-funded Home Care services, you stay in control. Whether you need short term help or ongoing support, we're here to deliver compassionate, professional care on your terms.

Once we get to know you and understand what’s important to you, we’ll provide everything you need to know and more.
We can help to access funding options including the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) or our Support at Home program (formerly Home Care Packages) via myagedcare.gov.au. As this process can take time, please call us on 1300 487 104 if you require services urgently or have had a health incident. We can also help if you can’t or don’t want to access government funding through our self-funded retiree service options.

Our dedicated care advisors will guide you through it all. Once we have your funding choice decided, our compassionate team will work with you to create a Care Plan that matches your lifestyle, interests and needs.
Once you are happy with your Care Plan and have signed your Services Agreement, we will book your services with our Catholic Healthcare team and preferred providers.

Home Care Services (also commonly referred to as in-home care) can be Government subsidised under either the Commonwealth Home Specific Programme (CHSP) for basic level care, or Support at Home program (formerly Home Care Packages) for multiple or more complex requirements.
The Support at Home program is a new Government initiative starting on 1 November 2025. It will change how aged care is delivered at home. It aims to meet the needs of older people better by providing more services and easier access to resources. Learn more here.
