Start services immediately or top up your government care with flexible, self-funded options—no assessments required.
Follow our simple steps to get started

Step 1: Call us on 1800 225 474
Once we get to know you and understand what’s important to you, we’ll provide everything you need to know and more.

Step 2: Review your financial and funding options
We can help to access funding options including the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) or a Home Care Package (HCP) via myagedcare.gov.au. As this process can take time, please call us on 1800 225 474 if you require services urgently or have had a health incident. We can also help if you can’t or don’t want to access government funding through our self-funded retiree service options.

Step 3: Design your care plan
Our dedicated care advisors will guide you through it all. Once we have your funding choice decided, our compassionate team will work with you to create a Care Plan that matches your lifestyle, interests and needs.

Step 4: Receive services
Once you are happy with your Care Plan and have signed your Services Agreement, we will book your services with our Catholic Healthcare team and preferred providers.
