Whether you're receiving support through a government program or prefer to start services privately, we offer flexible options to suit your needs.

Follow our simple steps to get started
Step 1: Call us on 1800 225 474
Once we get to know you and understand what’s important to you, we’ll provide everything you need to know and more.
Step 2: Review your financial and funding options
We can help to access funding options including the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) or a Support at Home program (formerly Home Care Packages) via myagedcare.gov.au. As this process can take time, please call us on 1800 225 474 if you require services urgently or have had a health incident. We can also help if you can’t or don’t want to access government funding through our Private Home Care service options.
Step 3: Design your care plan
Our dedicated care advisors will guide you through it all. Once we have your funding choice decided, our compassionate team will work with you to create a Care Plan that matches your lifestyle, interests and needs.
Step 4: Receive services
Once you are happy with your Care Plan and have signed your Services Agreement, we will book your services with our Catholic Healthcare team and preferred providers.
