Maroubra Connected Community
Plans are underway for a new coastal living community at Maroubra Beach, featuring state-of-the-art development, including 55 retirement living apartments and 44 residential care suites. Designed for connection and wellbeing, the community will include wellness and reablement spaces, dining venues, concierge services, and assisted living options, with construction planned to begin in early 2027. Modern apartments in Lewisham
Our Lewisham community is set to offer a vibrant, supportive environment for older Australians. A thoughtfully designed space featuring 130 modern retirement apartments and 59 aged care suites. Residents will enjoy a wellness centre, café, and a variety of lifestyle amenities—all designed to make everyday living enjoyable and fulfilling. The community will feature inviting shared spaces that encourage connection, social activity, and overall wellbeing, while providing the right level of support as individual needs evolve. Construction is planned to begin in mid to late 2027.

St Hedwig Connected Community
St Hedwig Connected Community is a contemporary retirement living, aged care, assisted living and wellness precinct designed to support older people to thrive. The next stage will include 77 new retirement living units, alongside an additional 46 residences, a wellness centre, café and lifestyle amenities designed to support wellbeing, connection and everyday enjoyment. Expressions of interest are now open, with construction planned to commence in mid-2026.
