Mind+Move Programs

We understand that it's not always easy to socialise or try something new. Our team can support you to join new group activities through our Mind+Move program.

These can be done in-person at one of our Wellness Centres, or online in the comfort of your own home.

Home Care Frequently Asked Questions

  • We understand there’s no place like home. That’s why we offer a wide range of in-home aged care services so you or your loved one can remain living independently at home. From making daily tasks easier with transport to the shops, cooking or cleaning to improving health and wellness, clinical services and more, we’re here to help you maintain your lifestyle at home for longer.

Home Care Services (also commonly referred to as in-home care) can be Government subsidised under either the Commonwealth Home Specific Programme (CHSP) for basic level care, or Support at Home program (formerly Home Care Packages) for multiple or more complex requirements.

  • The cost of aged care is different for every individual and is determined by the Australian Government based on your financial situation. Use the Support at Home fee estimator to see how much you may pay towards services in your own home.
