Step 1: Call us on 1800 225 474
Once we get to know you and understand what’s important to you, we’ll provide everything you need to know and more.
Step 2: Apply for Government Subsidy
Register at myagedcare.gov.au (or call us on 1800 225 474 and we can help you with this).
*Please note: This process can take some time. If you require services urgently or have had a health incident, please contact us for alternative options.
Step 3: Design you care plan
We’ll guide you through it all. Once you’re approved for either Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) or a Support at Home program (SAH) (formerly Home Care Packages), our team will work with you to create a Care Plan that matches your lifestyle, interests and needs.
Step 4: Receive services
Once you are happy with your Care Plan and have signed your Services Agreement, we will book your services at times that suit you.

What is Home Care?
We understand there’s no place like home. That’s why we offer a wide range of in-home aged care services so you or your loved one can remain living independently at home. From making daily tasks easier with transport to the shops, cooking or cleaning to improving health and wellness, clinical services and more, we’re here to help you maintain your lifestyle at home for longer.
Home Care Services (also commonly referred to as in-home care) can be Government subsidised under either the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) for basic level care, or Support at Home program (formerly Home Care Packages) for multiple or more complex requirements. -

There are many approaches we take to ensure the right Care Worker is matched to you depending on your needs and preferences. We employ Care Workers based on their qualifications, skills, experience and alignment with our company’s mission and values. We also have case management expertise and ongoing reviews of your care needs by our experienced Care Partner teams to ensure you are maintaining your health, independence and lifestyle at home for longer.
