Josh was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in October 2023. After successfully leading Catholic Healthcare's residential care, home and community, and independent living services as Chief Operating Officer for 18 months, Josh transitioned into the Acting Chief Executive Officer role in May 2023. Under Josh's leadership there have been significant improvements during challenging times in particular the COVID-19 pandemic and complex government reforms.
Josh brings a wealth of experience to the CEO role, specifically a deep understanding and passion for the Australian aged care sector after holding several leadership roles across some of Australia’s largest aged care providers over the past seven years. Josh also brings a broad range of experience from outside the aged care sector including mining, manufacturing, finance and management consulting including ASX-listed organisations.
Josh’s qualifications include a Master of Business Administration, Masters of Marketing, Bachelor of business, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Therese Adami

Therese Adami is the Chief Communities Officer. Therese started her career as Registered Nurse and then Hospital Executive Officer.
Therese is an experienced and strategic business leader in the health and aged care sector for over 19 years. Therese has extensive experience in managing high performing teams, creating and driving customer strategies that strengthen revenue and building new business in the health and homecare industry.
Therese holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a Masters in Business Administration. Therese also completed the Graduate Australian Institute of Company Directors certification. She also holds qualifications from Harvard Business School in Leadership and Change Management.

Belinda Flatters

Belinda has more than 20 years' Company Secretarial, Governance and legal experience across a range of industries including oil and gas, health insurance, wealth management, international aid and most recently, aged care. Belinda, prior to joining Catholic HealthCare Limited was the Company Secretary for RSL LifeCare. Belinda has a Diploma of Law through the University of Sydney and holds a current legal practising certificate. Belinda also has a Graduate Diploma of Corporate Governance, is a Fellow of the Governance Institute and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Rachel Garcia

Rachel was appointed Chief Strategy Officer at Catholic Healthcare in February 2023. She leads the company’s strategy, marketing, communications, project management, and sales teams. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Rachel is a prominent figure in the aged care sector with expertise in strategy, transformational change management, strategic stakeholder engagement, and government relations. Rachel’s deep understanding of driving significant change within large organisations and the public sector underscores her expertise in navigating complex environments.
Before joining Catholic Healthcare, Rachel served as a Director at KPMG, specialising in health and human services, and before that with Litmus Consulting (now a part of PWC). Rachel’s career also includes valuable experience as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Health and as a Senior Patent Attorney focused on medical science. Rachel’s extensive background reflects a commitment to advancing the field through strategic leadership and innovative solutions.
With a passion and dedication to her community, Rachel is an active surf lifesaver, has competed at state and national titles and continues to be involved in all levels of her local surf club.
Rachel has a strong academic background, with multiple degrees in different fields. She has a Master of International and Community Development from Deakin University, a Master of Business Administration from AGSM, a Bachelor of Medical Science from University of Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies from University of Technology Sydney.

CT Johnson is the Chief Financial Officer and he was previously in the role of Operations Senior Manager, Commercial, for Catholic Healthcare.
Prior to coming to Catholic Healthcare, CT held numerous CFO roles, was VP of Commercial Management, and was Chief Operating Officer for companies across many sectors in Australia, the US, China and Russia. He has a strong track record of delivering improvements across these varied business environments.
CT’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies, Master of Accountancy, MBA, and a CPA.

Deborah Karam

Deborah joined Catholic Healthcare in October 2021 and moved into the role of General Manager, Residential Aged Care (Acting) in June 2023.
Deborah is an experienced leader having held management positions for over 20 years in the acute, rehabilitation and aged care sectors. With a Master in Health and qualifications in nursing, intensive care and clinical practice, some of Deborah’s career highlights include having been published in the Australasian Journal of Neuroscience, presenting at international conferences, commissioning new homes with a number of aged care providers, and introducing the role of Medical Emergency Coordinator, and nursing assistants, into the Intensive Care Unit at Fairfield Hospital. She has also implemented quality WHS, clinical governance and online systems and supported high risk homes to meet compliance for accreditation.

Nehme Khattar

Nehme Khattar joined Catholic Healthcare in 2024 as the Chief of Mission Integration at Catholic Healthcare. Nehme is passionate about mission and formation and establishing meaningful relationships with many stakeholders from various backgrounds and disciplines.
Prior to Catholic Healthcare, Nehme held the role of Director, Mission Integration with St John of God - Mental Health, where he led the implementation of the mission strategy, leading a culture of discernment and reflective practice to support effective decision-making. Nehme began his career in property marketing before moving into secondary school teaching, and eventually moving into other roles where he acquired extensive experience in mission, formation, well-being education and healthcare. Nehme previously worked for Catholic Healthcare between 2020 and 2022 as Mission Manager.
Nehme loves volunteering in the community, enjoys reading, watching and playing sport, and has an interest in politics.
Nehme has a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Marketing, a Bachelor of Theology, a Master of Teaching and is currently studying a Master of Spirituality.

Catherine joined Catholic Healthcare in February 2022 within the role of Chief People Officer.
Catherine has over 25 years senior human resources leadership experience across multiple sectors including aged care, healthcare, hospitality, technology, and property management and has held leadership roles spanning Asia Pacific as well as Australia. She has a depth of experience in driving cultural change and employee engagement, leveraging technologies to enhance the employee experience, and developing talent strategies to suit the organisation’s readiness for change. Passionate about creating working environments where people thrive both as individuals and as a team, she is also interested in outreach and contributing in ways that makes a positive impact on our community.

Peter joins Catholic Healthcare as of August 2023 with 15 years' experience in commercial construction operations, social infrastructure property development, asset management, property maintenance, seniors living services and community services. Peter has managed and grown a $2.6Bn property portfolio and established a pipeline net worth growth rate of 11% per annum.

Brett Reedman

Brett joined Catholic Healthcare as Chief Information Officer in March 2019. Brett is an accomplished and highly experienced senior executive with experience both domestically and internationally across a range of industries including human resources, technology, consulting, engineering, construction, and financial services.
In 2023, Brett’s strong leadership skills in driving business innovation, delivering value and building a strong workplace culture was recognised at the CIO50 Awards. Brett was ranked as the number 2 IT leader in Australia and under his leadership, the Information Services team was awarded IT Team of the Year: Resilience for exceptional success in implementing innovation solutions.
Prior to Catholic Healthcare, Brett held the role of Asia Pacific Director, Information Technology at Hudson. Brett has a successful track record in leading IT organisational change and transformation, building high performing teams, and is passionate about workplace culture, leadership and developing strong business relationships, driving value through the use of technology.
Brett has a Master of Business and Technology from the University of New South Wales and postgraduate qualifications in management from Macquarie University.

Lana Richards

Lana joined Catholic Healthcare in October 2023. Lana is an experienced and accomplished leader with nearly 15 years of senior and executive leadership positions within the aged care industry. Possessing a passion for enhancing the lives of older people, Lana has been at the forefront of driving innovation in service model design which has led to significant advancements in practice and quality, delivering improved outcomes for our residents and clients, and the people that support them.
Lana has a deep understanding of the interplay between systems and people, with a strong emphasis on delivering customer-centric services. In her current role as General Manager, Practice and Quality, Lana is responsible for driving quality and innovation, equipping teams with the capability and confidence to deliver relationship-based care that meets the unique needs of each individual customer.
Lana holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New England, a Masters in Organisational Leadership from Charles Sturt University, and a Certificate in Clinical Governance for Patient Safety and Quality Care from the Australian Institute of Clinical Governance. Lana is also an Industry Fellow of the University of Technology Sydney.
