Are you worried about falling? 

Is your balance not as good as it used to be?  

Catholic Healthcare are pleased to invite you to participate in the ‘Stepping On’ Program.  

  • This is a, community-based program to help reduce falls and build knowledge, strength and confidence to remain independent at home for people over the age of 65. 
  • The program consists of seven sessions held once a week over seven weeks. Attendance is required at all sessions. 
  • Each session consists of exercises, falls prevention and health maintenance information. 

Note: This program is not suitable for people who need assistance from someone else to walk , have uncontrolled neuromuscular conditions or dementia.

Note: Numbers of attendees are strictly limited so please book in early to avoid disappointment. My Aged Care referral is required and we will assist you obtain this when you register (fees may apply if you have a Home Care Package).
