      • Learn from a professional guide about our political history and historic moments 
      • Take in the beautiful House of Representatives Chamber and the Senate Chamber

      • Travel by bus to Mount White, an hour north of Sydney
      • Have lunch in the famous Saddles Bakehouse & Eatery

      • Pay homage to Japan’s traditions, music and pop culture

      • Calm your mind and manage your emotions as you channel spiritual positivity
      • Allow yourself to switch off and focus on yourself

      • Exercises will focus on breathing, flexibility and core strength to improve mobility

      • A dynamic art group to explore your creativity in a harmonious atmosphere 
      • Unleash your artistic skills in drawing, painting and crafts activities 
    • Tuesdays 1 – 3pm (fortnightly)  

      • Gather with like-minded people to explore the world of literature, and discuss trending reads 
      • Share new or old books that you’ve been reading that you really love, and gain inspiration from your fellow group on what to read next

      • Take part in exercises that help prevent falls, improve walking and boost leg strength 
      • Learn about essential nutrition, cardiorespiratory health and good neck and back posture
    • Tuesdays 11am – 12pm

      • Low-impact exercises with a strong foundation around breathing techniques, core muscle engagement and posture alignment 
      • These classes will build from strength and mobility into comprehensive functional movements

      • Walking groups are endorsed by the Heart Foundation and are an effective way to stay active and improve your heart health

  • From the Pacific Highway heading north towards Hornsby, turn left at number 35, opposite Toyota dealership. The Leisure & Wellness Club is on the left as you drive in. 
  • If you miss the turn off at number 35, there is an alternate entry via McAuley Place. Continue driving up the Pacific Highway and turn left into Yardley Avenue.
