Expressions of interest in Stage 2 now being taken
Due to the exceptional demand for more villas at Jemalong Retirement Village, expressions of interest are now being taken for the next stage. This stage will consist of 7, two and three bedroom residences all with spacious interiors manageable gardens and a garage to house your car. The villas will complement the existing village to the East. The development will also see the awaited Community Centre in the heart of the Village. This will comprise of an activities room, library areas, covered verandah, BBQ area, large wall mounted TV and a Kitchen with bar fridges and large island bench to ensure ease of use at functions.
