Once we get to know you and understand what’s important to you, we’ll provide everything you need to know and more.

We can help to access funding options including the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) or a Home Care Package (HCP) via myagedcare.gov.au. As this process can take time, please call us on 1300 487 104 if you require services urgently or have had a health incident. We can also help if you can’t or don’t want to access government funding through our self funded service options.

We’ll guide you through it all. Once we have your funding option decided , our team will work with you to create a Care Plan that matches your lifestyle, interests and needs.

Once you are happy with your Care Plan and have signed your Services Agreement, we will book your services with our Catholic Healthcare team and preferred providers.
