The Catholic Healthcare App, which is free and easy to use, enables residents and their families to:
- Browse and make service requests
- Purchase tickets for events and community outings
- Submit feedback to help us improve your experience
- Stay up to date with important news and updates.

New features for clients
For those receiving Home Care Services, we are introducing new features that give you even more transparency and control over your care:
New features include:
- Easily view important updates in the ‘My Notifications’ section
- Receive alerts a day before, and two hours before your scheduled service, including the name of the team member attending
- Track all requested changes to your services
- View your schedule updates to see which visits are active, on hold, or cancelled
- View your care plan directly in the app
- Opt out of promotional communications.
And... we are pleased to share that this is just the beginning! We will be rolling out additional features soon to enhance your experience even further.
