How to download
- Download the Catholic Healthcare App for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play. You will need to accept all permissions to avoid access issues.
- Login with your mobile phone number to receive an SMS with a one-time password. If you do not have a mobile phone, login with your email address and password which will have already been provided to you in the Catholic Healthcare App welcome email.

Yes, provided you enabled notifications on the app, you will receive notifications of your upcoming services and activities.

What happens if I support different people that receives services from Catholic Healthcare
When you login, the app will show an additional banner where you will see the profiles of those you support. You can choose who you are logging in for and the app will customise the options for you.

What do I do when the app has an update available?
We recommend you update to the latest version of the app to ensure all features are available to you.

I have been logged out, what do I do?
Attempt to log back in using your mobile number if you have one. Logging in with your mobile number is the easiest way as you will receive a One Time Password.
If you don’t have a mobile number and want to log in with an email address, you can log in with the password you used initially. If you don’t remember the password, select the ‘forgot password’ option to reset your password.

You can ask the admin team in your home for some assistance as they have been trained in the use of the app.
