The Smart Technology Program is inclusive of clients with early diagnosis of dementia who can follow instructions and want to use technology for brain training. This also includes vision and hearing impairments.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, you cannot join the program if you do not have the right device. The content shared in the course will be challenging to follow as it will not match what is seen on your device. Instructions and practice will also be given base on the required device’s functionality.

    You will need either an Apple iPhone 6+, Apple iPad 2, or an Android phone version 8 or higher. 

  • Catholic Healthcare can assist you with getting the SSI code from My Aged Care (MAC). Please call our friendly Customer Engagement Team on 1800 225 474.

  • Up to Week 3, the program focuses on building your foundational skills. It is important that you attend at least the first 3 weeks of the program to learn the foundation skills. There are unfortunately no make-up classes due to the course structure and consideration to other participants. No refund for missed classes will be provided.
