Taking care of yourself during flu season 2026

As the weather cools and winter illnesses become more common, it is a good time to take a few simple steps to look after your health. As we get older, illnesses such as influenza, RSV and COVID-19 can have a greater impact, but small everyday habits can help you stay well.
