Mind+Move updates for March 2024

Catholic Healthcare's tailored leisure and wellness club, Mind+Move, offers online and face to face activities in 33 locations across NSW with locations now in Bathurst and Dubbo.

The Bathurst location offers a weekly Remain Active exercise class, and a second location for Dubbo has opened offering a weekly pilates class for residents at Orana Gardens.

Most recently, Catholic Healthcare had a chance to showcase our diverse range of Mind+Move activities at the Seniors Expos in Sydney, Wyong and Dubbo in March, to great interest.

Please note that all Mind+Move activities offered at Holy Spirit Casula have now been relocated to the Lurnea Community Hub to allow for all of community access.

Social Outings have commenced in our Hunter area with a trip to the Maitland Regional Art Galley recently, inspiring participants to create their own Easter artworks.

St Hedwig Blacktown has now welcomed its first residents into their new apartments, and news of exciting, upcoming activities for the community to access will soon be announced from April onwards.

For any enquires about our Mind+Move activities near you, please contact our Customer Engagement Team on 1300 978 264. For existing clients, please contact your Care Coordinator, or alternatively, visit our website for more information.
