We are making it easier for our Home and Community Services clients to stay connected!
We are developing the Catholic Healthcare App for you and your loved ones, to help enhance the way we communicate with you. The app will act as a self-service tool and will be free and easy to use. From the app, you will be able to:
- View your schedule, including the date, time and community worker.
- Request changes to your services.
- Access important documents such as your care plan, service agreement and invoices.
- Keep informed on What’s Happening at Catholic Healthcare.
We will communicate to you once the app is ready for download in the Google and Apple app stores. And rest assured, you will have plenty of support from our team at Catholic Healthcare to help you set-up and navigate the app.
