We recommend staying logged in so you can receive notifications and easily access your information.

    • If you have a mobile phone, enter your mobile number on the login screen. You will receive an SMS containing a one-time passcode.

If you log in using an email address, enter the password you originally created. If you cannot remember it, select ‘Forgot password’ to reset it.

Password reset emails are sent from cc@mail.carecohort.com.au.

    • SMS verification codes may be sent from an unidentified phone number because they come directly from Catholic Healthcare’s App partner.
