Personal Care is friendly, respectful support with the everyday things that can become a little harder over time. It can include help with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, safe movement around the home, and maintaining routines that support your health and wellbeing. Whether you need a helping hand occasionally or more regular support, we take the time to understand what matters to you and provide care in the way you prefer—at your pace, with your choices leading the way.
Our team can assist you to stay comfortable, safe and confident in your own home, while protecting your dignity and privacy and working sensitively alongside your family or other supports if you would like.

Our Social Support Services are designed for older Australians who want to keep doing the things they enjoy, build confidence with technology, and feel part of a community—while still receiving the comfort and support of home care.
Whether you’d like a friendly companion to share a cuppa and a chat, a group activity based on your interests, help learning to use your smartphone, or gentle online wellbeing sessions, we’ll tailor support to suit you.

Allied Health
Practical, personalised therapy to help you stay safe, independent and connected
Allied Health services are here to support you to live well, stay independent, and feel confident at home and in the community. Our team includes clinicians such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, social workers, psychologists, counsellors, dietitians, podiatrists and speech pathologists, who work together to help with your physical health, emotional wellbeing and everyday activities.
We take the time to understand what’s important to you, then work with you (and your family or carers, if you wish) on practical therapy and strategies that fit your day-to-day life. Support can include assessment, a tailored plan and regular check-ins, with a focus on achievable goals—like moving more safely, managing a health condition, staying connected, or making daily tasks easier.

Our Transport Services are designed for older Australians who want to stay independent while enjoying the comfort and reassurance of reliable support. Whether you need a driver and car, or help organising a taxi or rideshare, we’ll help you travel safely—and get home again with ease.
