Catholic Healthcare has launched its new Feedback Hub, making it easier for residents, clients and families to voice feedback, complaints, compliments and suggestions, any time.
Developed in collaboration with residents, clients and families, the Feedback Hub replaces the previous online feedback forms with a simpler, more user-friendly experience, offering a variety of new features.

- A dedicated pathway for whistleblower complaints.
While the Feedback Hub provides a simpler way to connect with Catholic Healthcare, it doesn't replace the trusted relationships and conversations that remain at the heart of how we listen and respond. Wherever feedback or complaints are shared, the Feedback Hub ensures that every voice is heard.
Using the Feedback Hub ensures feedback and complaints are recorded, directed to the appropriate team or individual for review and action, and tracked through to resolution. This means greater transparency, accountability and confidence that they receive due attention, and that we always close the loop on your complaints and feedback.
