That is why this session is relevant for everyone, whether you’ve noticed changes in yourself or a loved one this informative session will guide you through your options.

We will share simple tips, expert advice, and real supports that can make a meaningful difference to your day-to-day wellbeing and ability to stay connected with the world around you.
