This achievement was recognised by Safe Food Australia, an independent third-party auditor, and officially reported to the NSW Food Authority. It underscores Catholic Healthcare unwavering commitment to the highest standards in food safety and service.
The momentum has carried into the new year, with St Mary’s in Berkeley and Villa Maria in Unanderra both earning A ratings in their most recent audits. These results are a testament to the dedication and professionalism of the teams, reflecting their ongoing focus on excellence and meticulous standards in food safety.
