Catholic Healthcare makes the 2026 Best Places to Work list

Catholic Healthcare featured in the Best Places to Work Report in the Australian Financial Review

Catholic Healthcare is pleased to have been featured in the Australian Financial Review's BOSS Best Place to Work list for 2026 in the best Government, Education and Not for Profit category.

This recognition celebrates the dedicated people who help create an environment where older people feel valued, supported and able to thrive.

Catherine McMahon, Catholic Healthcare's Chief People Officer, said of the honour:

‘Catholic Healthcare has been recognised as one of the Best Places to Work in Australia.  While only a handful of us were there to receive our award as Finalist within the Not-For-Profit business category, this was made possible through the efforts of everyone - our 5,800 employees and leaders who together make our culture and working environment what it is - something to be proud of’.
