A clearer Home Care invoice and important update to direct debit date

Designed in response to client feedback, we are introducing a new Home Care invoice. The new invoice makes it easier for you to understand your services, payments and balance.

These are the main changes in the new invoice:

  • Services are now divided into the relevant funding sections (ie. CHSP Contributions, Self Funded Services, Support at Home)
  • Support at Home contribution percentages, calculated by Services Australia, are now clearly defined to avoid confusion about total contribution amounts.

You can watch a detailed video on how to read your invoice, here: Your New Home Care Invoice

Alongside this new invoice format, we are also making an important change to direct debit date. From the April 2026, direct debits for Home Care services will be processed on the 21st of each month, instead of the 15th.

This change ensures invoices are issued before payments are taken, reducing confusion and helping you better match your invoice with your payment.

If you have any questions, please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions page on our website.

We encourage you to continue providing feedback. It is essential to improve our processes.
