Mind and Move New Day Trips for Oct and Nov 2024

Mind+Move is a tailored Leisure and Wellness club for seniors aimed at helping you enjoy a happier, healthier you with a diverse and exciting range of weekday activities, including social outings to popular destinations.

Catholic Healthcare’s Social Outings give you the opportunity to enjoy a day trip out with friends and discover new areas. See October and November Social Outings schedule below, departing from McQuoin Park, Wahroonga and St Hedwig, Blacktown.
