Catholic Healthcare Star Rating changes

Catholic Healthcare is committed to providing quality residential aged care services, which is why more than 60% of our homes have a rating of 4 or 5 stars!

Our organisation values client feedback and is committed to providing our residents with the best experience in care, lifestyle, wellbeing, and community.

Star Ratings measure four key areas: Quality, Compliance, Staffing Minutes and Resident Experience. Our homes perform well in the areas of clinical service requirements and quality of service, with 60% of our homes achieving a rating of 4 or 5 stars.

Star Ratings are reviewed throughout the year and are based on quarterly reporting and results from Commission visits. We are pleased to share that this quarter, nine of our homes have increased their rating.
