At Catholic Healthcare, our Wellness Centres focus on enriching your health, wellbeing, and lifestyle. The centres promote social connections, fun, confidence, security and wellness. You can choose from a range of activities focusing on health and wellbeing, independence, self-expression, and companionship such as games, trivia, arts and crafts, music appreciation, outings and more. All our activities are delivered by our team of caring and skilled healthcare professionals.
We also offer support for clients living with dementia. Our programs and activities can help with your basic nutritional, exercise, and recreational needs.
Our Wellness Centres are located across Sydney and regional NSW and we welcome new and returning clients. We also have a new Wellness Centre opening soon within our Residential Aged Care Home, Holy Spirit in Casula. This centre will provide a hub for local seniors in the south west Sydney region to meet and socialise, as well as get involved in activities like our Walking with Confidence and Feel Fit programs.

Our Wellness Centres are hubs that connect our community of clients, where you can participate as much or as little as you choose with a calendar of leisure activities from music through to cooking and day trips – or simply enjoy a game of cards or chess with some light refreshments or a meal. You can also access professionally developed programs that are so much fun you don’t know you’re keeping ‘age fit’.
