1. Images and Videos
The Catholic Healthcare app has the ability to access images and video from your device’s gallery and your device’s camera. You will be prompted to permit the Catholic Healthcare app to access images, video and your device’s camera. When you approve the Catholic Healthcare app to access your selected images and videos, those images and videos can be shared with selected individuals who use the Catholic Healthcare app. The Catholic Healthcare app does not share these images on platforms outside of the app, however, you acknowledge that it becomes possible for those images and videos to be shared outside of the Catholic Healthcare app once your permission to access your images is granted (for example, via the screenshot function). Catholic Health will request permission to use any images or videos if intended for use outside of the application. When you approve access to your device’s camera, the camera will be accessible so that video calls may be made through the Catholic Healthcare app.
2. Contacts
The Catholic Healthcare app has the ability to access and upload your contact information to our servers on your approval so that the Catholic Healthcare app can create and invite your family and friends to your care circles. When you approve the Catholic Healthcare app to access your contacts, the app sends an SMS invite to join your care circles. The Catholic Healthcare app does not share this information outside of the application.
