Aged Care and Support at Home changes: We're Here to Help

The Australian Government has announced that the start date of the new Aged Care Act will be 1 November 2025. This includes the introduction of the Support at Home Program, which will replace the Home Care Package (HCP) and Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) programs. Catholic Healthcare is ready to support you through these changes.
