Voice of Customer Champion (HCS)

Home & Communities awards its first-ever Voice of Customer Champion

Congratulations to Jireh Singson, Community Worker from the Western Sydney region, who is Home & Communities Voice of Customer Champion.

On Aged Care Employee Day, Home & Communities launched their Voice of Customer Champion recognition program. Home & Communities clients were invited to nominate community workers who deliver outstanding service and demonstrate our values of Compassion, Courage and Integrity.

The response from our clients was overwhelming, with more than half of our community workers receiving a nomination!

Congratulations to everyone who was nominated and to all community workers who progressed through the three rounds of the program, including our 16 finalists (see image below). All 16 finalists were entered into a randomised draw to determine our Voice of Customer Champion winner.
