Designed with our Home Care clients in mind, the free and easy-to-use Catholic Healthcare App allows you to:
- View your upcoming and completed services on your calendar
- Request a change to the day and time of your services
- Request additional services
- View your Care Plan, your services and who is in your care team
- View essential documents related to your care, such as invoices, care plans, and service agreements
- Keep up to date with the latest news at Catholic Healthcare
- Provide feedback.

How to download
- Download the Catholic Healthcare App for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play. You will need to accept all permissions to avoid access issues.
- Login with your mobile phone number to receive an SMS with a One Time Password. If you do not have a mobile phone, login with your email address and password which will have already been provided to you in the App welcome email.

What should I use the App for?
The App allows you to:
- View your schedule
- Cancel a service
- Request a change to a scheduled service
- Request a new service
- Provide feedback
- View your invoice/statement
- Stay up to date with news and events at Catholic Healthcare.
Can I still call and speak to someone?
Yes, our Customer Care team will continue to be available on 1800 225 474.
However, we do recommend using the App to make changes to your services. We have a dedicated team who will action your request in a timely manner.
Can I see who is coming to visit me in the App?
Yes, you can!
Click on ‘My Schedule' from the home screen.
You can view your upcoming services including the date, time and the worker who has been assigned to you.
Will I receive a notification about my next scheduled service?
You will receive a reminder at 4:00pm the day prior to your scheduled service.
Your notifications must be turned ‘on’ within the App Info section on your device to receive these reminders.
How do I view my invoice / statement?
Click on 'My Documents' from the home screen. You will be able to view invoices and statements for the past six months.
Will I need to log in using my password every time I use the App?
No, the login and password page will only appear on your first use of the App, as long as you do not press the 'logout' button while in the App.
It is strongly recommended not to log out of the App as you will not be able to view your schedule or receive in-app notifications.
What do I do when the App has an update available?
We recommend you update to the latest version of the App to ensure all features are available to you.
I have been logged out, what do I do?
Attempt to log back in using your mobile number if you have one. Logging in with your mobile number is the easiest way as you will receive a One Time Password.
I need assistance with technology. Is this something Catholic Health Care can help me with?
We do have a Smart Technology course and can put you on a waitlist for the next available course. Is this something you are interested in?
In the meantime, you can ask your Community Worker for some assistance as they have been trained on how to use the App.
I don’t have a smart phone, can I access the App?
If you have a smart device, such as a tablet, phone or laptop, you can access the App.
If you do not have a smart device, you can nominate a family member or carer to have access to the App.

The App will not download or install on my device. What do I do?
The App is supported by Apple iPhones versions 6s and above, iPad 2 and above and Android 7 and above.
Please ensure your device has the latest software installed.
If your device is installed with the latest software and you are still experiencing an issue, please contact our Customer Care Team on 1800 225 474.
The App is not working. What do I do?
Catholic Healthcare strives to keep the App available at all times. However, due to the nature of internet-based services, temporary outages can occur where you may not be able to retrieve your information.
How secure is my data on the App?
All user data is maintained in Australia and subject to strict Tier 1 cyber protection protocols. Our software vendor exclusively partners with organisations supporting the highest security requirements to provide maximum security for users.
Please note that not all Home Care clients have access to the Catholic Healthcare App just yet. We will be in contact with you once you are able to download and start using the Catholic Healthcare App.
