We all need a break sometimes, whether it's simply to take some time to relax or travel. As a primary carer for someone over 65, respite can offer an important source of ongoing emotional and physical wellbeing.
We offer flexible, short term respite care options to suit you and your loved one’s needs, including short-term stays of up to two months in one of our cottages or in a residential service.
Are you new to respite?
Depending on your needs, you may be entitled to up to 63 days of residential respite care each financial year. An assessment will be carried out by a member of the Aged Care Assessment Team and they will be able to speak to you about your options and entitlements. This can be arranged through My Aged Care.
