Complaints can relate to any aspect of the care and services provided at our residential care homes or in-home care services. When you submit a complaint, we will work with you to resolve your concerns. If you require any assistance at any time, please speak with one of our staff members.
Please note that if you submit an anonymous complaint, we will be unable to resolve your complaint directly with you. We will investigate the complaint to the extent we can, and the complaint information will be used for continuous improvement purposes.
