St Vincent's Health & Community Services comprises a private hospital and community outreach services. The facility is fully accredited by the Australian Council of Health Care Standards until 2008.

St Vincent's offers surgical, medical, day surgery, palliative care and postnatal care. The hospital has 33 single-bed room, four two-bed shared rooms and all rooms have ensuites.

Our medical, nursing and support services staff are committed to providing the highest standard of care, comfort and competence in a beautiful rural setting.

St Vincent's outreach services

St Vincent's outreach services include district nursing, aged care services, diabetes education, a dietician and podiatry services.

The main focus of care is medical related illnesses and conditions of the elderly and people with chronic care needs. The district nursing service also delivers some acute/post acute care and at-home palliation.

Outreach services are provided via referral from local general practitioners, other health service providers and, in some instances, via self or family referral.
