Selecting and moving into your new home with Catholic Healthcare should be simple and worry-free. We have taken every care to make the entire process as straight forward as possible.

To find your nearest Catholic Healthcare home, visit our locations page or simply call 1800 551 834 and talk to our Customer Relations Team.

We recommend booking a visit to your chosen service first, so you can get a feel for the community and meet others who already call it home.

Check your eligibility and needs

To help ensure you’ll get the right level of assistance and care, you’ll need to register with My Aged Care to arrange an assessment with the Aged Care Assessment Team.

This is a free consultation. You can contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or visit http://www.myagedcare.gov.au

Calculate your fees

It’s important to decide what you’re comfortable paying each week. Visit the costs of care page and you’ll find an overview of the various fees and payment styles available.

Gain independent financial advice

It’s important to get independent financial advice and to select the right financial adviser for your unique situation. We recommend you visit the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) Money Smart website for information on how to access financial advice and choose the best financial advisor for you.

Additionally can you download ASIC’s Money Smart, Financial advice and you booklet for information on the kind of financial advice you need, the best place to get advice, and how to get the most from your conversations with a financial advisor.

  2. An Assets Form
  3. Centrelink Asset Form*
