Our program staff utilise a range of assessment tools to assist clients develop a comprehensive support and management plan to address their living situation and other underlying issues. We also provide cleaning interventions that may also form part of the comprehensive support and management plan for our clients.
Most importantly, our staff work in close collaboration with our clients to support them in achieving their lifestyle goals.
A key component of the program is its capacity to work closely with a range of agencies to achieve the best outcome that include: Housing NSW, Mental Health Services, non Government Organisations, Disability Services and many others.
The focus of our service is to engage and work with clients to address and improve their living situation through a range of interventions. The Hoarding and Squalor Service is not a quick fix or cleaning service.
