Flexible Working Conditions
Catholic Healthcare understands work life balance and personal commitments. With the majority of our care and services being 24 hours a day seven days a week, we can offer part time and flexible working options.
Catholic Healthcare offers nine weeks paid maternity and primary carer adoption leave and one week paid partner leave (subject to conditions).
Purchase extra leave
Permanent employees, employed under an Enterprise Agreement, may be able to purchase up to two weeks extra leave per annum.
Long Service Leave
Permanent employees (with the exception of health services employees) are eligible for long service leave on a pro rata basis after five years continuous service with Catholic Healthcare.
