Opening soon - New South Wales
This state-of-the-art designed service includes a residential aged care service within an integrated aged care campus providing community care and healthcare services.
Stage 2 is due to open mid 2017 each will add an additional 31 new aged care places for the Bathurst region.
Once completed, this new aged care service on Sydney’s upper north shore will offer an integrated community with a residential aged care service, retirement living village, a health and wellness centre, onsite respite and community support services for seniors, together with specifically designed dementia spaces.
Stage 1 – Residential Aged Care Service including 122 private rooms with ensuites, communal dining and lifestyle spaces.
Catholic Healthcare recently purchased a large block of land on the Hume Highway between Marsh Parade and Lang Rd, Casula. Our plan is to provide modern, integrated aged care services to the community.
Forbes based aged care services Jemalong Residential Village and Mater Aged Care will be merged in coming years. The development is planned for construction on the current Jemalong site, Edwards Street in Forbes. Initial concept designs include a state-of-the-art integrated aged care precinct, containing a new retirement living village, an extension to the existing residential aged care service, chapel, additional health and wellness spaces together with specially designed areas for people living with dementia. A staged development is planned to ensure continuity of service to current residents and their families.
Catholic Healthcare recently purchased a 10,850 square metre site will house a brand new aged care campus, featuring state-of-the-art design and integration with respite, home and community care services for seniors living in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, as well as creating more jobs for the sector.
Opening soon - Queensland
Construction has commenced on the new Villa Maria Centre in Eastern Heights. Once completed the service will include accommodation for 100 aged care residents, a health and wellness centre, onsite respite and community support services for seniors, together with specially designed spaces for people living with dementia.
Fortitude Valley - Scheduled to open mid 2018
Approval has been officially received to redevelop Catholic Healthcare’s Villa Maria on St Paul’s Terrace, Fortitude Valley.
Initial designs for the historic early to mid-1900’s era buildings include a state-of-the-art integrated aged care campus for 125 residents, increasing the existing residential aged care service by 75, specifically designed dementia spaces, landscaped gardens and courtyards. Additionally there will be modern health and wellness spaces, dining areas, an activities room and communal gathering spaces.
The redevelopment is planned to commence construction in May 2017, with completion scheduled in mid-2018.
