You may choose to support Catholic Healthcare by providing an in memoriam donation in lieu of flowers at the funeral of a loved one.

In Memoriam Donations

A gift to Catholic Healthcare in memory of a loved one is a wonderful way to remember someone, and at the same time help improve the lives of the sick, frail, elderly and marginalised people we care for every day.

You can direct your gift to any of Catholic Healthcare's individual services that you would like to help, or to where it is most needed.

Upon receipt of your donation, we will notify the family of the person you have made your donation in memory of, to let them know about your gift. We only advise them that you have made a gift, not the amount of your donation. We will also send you a tax-deductible receipt in the mail.

You can make an in-memoriam donation by mail or fax by downloading the In Memoriam Donation Form or you can phone us on 02 8876 2175.

Donation envelopes

You may wish to ask friends or family to give a donation to Catholic Healthcare in lieu of flowers at the funeral of a loved one. Please contact us on 02 8876 2175 and we will arrange for our donation envelopes to be delivered direct to you or to your Funeral Director.

How to inform others

If you would like to let others know how to make a donation to Catholic Healthcare in lieu of flowers, we suggest you include a request in your loved one's death notice. For example:

Donations in lieu of flowers to:
Catholic Healthcare, PO Box 858, Epping NSW 1710.

You can specify a particular service of Catholic Healthcare of where you would like the donations to be directed.
