Bodington Community Care

Community Care Blue Mountains is a Catholic Healthcare service that provides care and support services to frail older men and women in the Local Government Areas of Auburn, Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury, Holroyd, Parramatta and Penrith. Services include:

Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs)
Planned and coordinated care services to help older people with complex needs remain in their own homes.

Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH)
Comprehensive nursing and in-home care packages to help frail older people with high care needs continue living at home.

Extended Aged Care at Home Dementia (EACH D)
Provides the same range of services as 'general purpose' EACH packages. However EACHD packages offer service approaches and strategies to meet the specific needs of care recipients with dementia. However EACHD packages offer service approaches and strategies to meet the specific needs of clients with dementia who experience behaviours of concern.
